Palm Grove City - Ghana

Palm Grove City is a USD$1.7Billion new city development; on a 3000 acres along the Accra-Aflao highway in Greater Accra Region. The project is envisage to be Ghana's most prestigious and sustainable Metropolis, reflecting a contemporary and vibrant evolutionary African City.
The City planning encompass a Residential, Business/Commercial and Leisure Districts, thereby positioning itself as the new Premier financial hub of choice for West Africa.
We concluded a deal with the Government of Ghana to build 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand) Affordable homes in Palm Grove City. This makes Palm Grove the biggest affordable housing project development in West and Central Africa.
Mansa Musa Regency

Mansa Musa Regency is the residential district of Palm Grove City. It is envisage to hold with a total of 16,000 residential homes. The residential areas will comprise of 3 different districts:-

2. Executives and
3. Exclusive Mansons

Asante Metroplis

Asante Metropolis is a project, conveniently dedicated as the financial district of Palm Grove City.

Palm Gove City Transport Network & Links
One of the key unique selling point (USP) of Palm Grove City is our location. It is located exactly on ECOWAS subregional highway (Abidjan-Lagos Corridor).
On the morning of 14th March 2017, H.E. President Muhammad Buhari of Nigeria has signed the ratification of USD$300 Million Abidjan-Lagos Corridor. Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Togo
The significance of the Abidjan-Lagos Highway in relations to Palm Grove City is that, that highway will run adjacent to Palm Grove City!
The Abidjan-Lagos highway is a construction of a six lane Dual Carriageway Highway from Abidjan-Lagos including development of economic platforms within the corridor ensuring coherence between transport modes and economic activities to engender integration and economic development. Palm Grove City naturally falls within one of those envisage "Economic Platforms" on the corridor/Highway.
Finally, We are aware of transport planning challenges for cities to become a sustainably environmental friendly in Africa.
