HRH Prince Ebrahim

HRH Prince Ebrahim is a Strategic Developmental Economist, with specialisation in major International Development Projects Financing; Public Sector Enterprises Reforms (Divestiture, Divestment and Privatisation); Public Policy and Management (Public Services and Public administration); and a graduate International Diplomacy Advisor.

As Africa Focus Investment Banker and Analyst, HRH Prince Ebrahim has investment expertise on Cross-border Risk, Security, Settlement, Intelligence; a specialist Emerging Markets Financier and Settlement. He is a mandated Development Economist and Sovereign Government Policy Advisor serving numerous Governments, Multilaterals, Multi-Nationals and NGOs. 

HRH Prince Ebrahim is a Member of “Chatham House” (Royal Institute of International Affairs), a Philanthropists chairing over three charitable foundations.

Alhaji Tony Adams

Alhaji is the Chairman of Heritage AG, Executive Board Member of Royal Africa Africa Holdings.

Alhaji has decades of real estate development experience spanning over 40 years across Africa and currently overseas strategic hospitality investments in Asia Pacific rim based in Tokyo, Japan.

Shiekh Fahad S. Al-Fawzani

Shiekh Al-Fahad is a Special Senior Advisor to HRH Prince Ebrahim. and a Board Member at Palm Grove City. 

He is a construction magnate who oversaw construction contract and portfolio projects in excess of USD$5 Billion in the Kingdom of Saiudi Arabia, Gulf Cooperation Countries and around the world.

Mr Richard Diamond

Mr Diamond is a Architect advisor to H.R.H. Prince Ebrahim on Palm Grove City Project.. 

 

He is a founding Director and Principle at London based 21st Architecture Ltd. He has over 20 years experience across a broad spectrum of sectors and scales, working in the United States, South East Asia, Middle East, Australia and the UK. His interests lie in the pursuit of how value can be added to any project through the application of a rational process of analysis and architectural thought.

 

Some Key Project Experience

- Redevelopment of a £600m prime residential portfolio, assessing over 30 building, prior to taking

forward numerous planning applications.

- Project architect for a £45 million, 30 storey hotel and residential development at New Providence

Wharf in London.

- Health club, lounge and helipad for the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong. Total cost was HK$55 million.

- Beach hotel resort in Danang, Vietnam. HK $250 million.

- Holiday Inn prototype for Asia. HK$300 million.

- Project architect for a mixed use development at Carlyon Bay in Cornwall. Project was a resort with

luxury residential, health club, spa and extensive recreational areas and 1.5km sea wall.

Responsible for £32 million of a £260 million scheme.

- Project architect for a £80 million new build office tower on Middlesex Street in London.

- Project architect for the law firm relocation of Simmons and Simmons in London. Project was a

high spec fit-out with custom designed art installation of 300,000 sqft.

- Holmes Place, London. A health club and recreational facility. £5.5 million.

- Centric East, London. An office block redevelopment. £15 million.

- Les Beaucamps School, Guernsey. 

A £8 million shared sports facility.

- Qantas seamless transfer terminal, Sydney. Aus$30 million.

Alhaji Ali Kassim

Alhaji Ali is the Director of Community Relations and Corporate Social Responsibilities.

He is incharge, advises and directs all community relations matters of Palm Grove City Development. 

He advises the Board and acts as a bridge between The Developers and Communities in Pram Pram, Accra and throughout Ghana on all matters relating to safeguarding and balancing corporate social responsibilities and community relations.

Mr Jonathan Adjabeng

Jonathan is a Business Dev Executive at Royal Africa Holdings overseeing Palm Grove City among other portfolios. He brings more than 13 years of experience in managing Business to Business (B2B) relationships, with deep focus in negotiating strategic sales partnerships, developing value prepositions for new market penetrations and managing large government business relationships.

With an investment portfolio of over $8Billion, Jonathan is part of RAH’s negotiations team in driving business deals in line with RAH’s business policy and corporate governance, increasing strategic investment presence within the 4 Regions in Africa. His key focus is to accelerate market acquisitions and mergers, in African markets with emphasis on Energy, Real Estate Construction, ICT and Aviation.

Jonathan has worked with Vodafone Ghana Limited as the National account manager in charge of the Public Sector and ISPs; where he managed key government business relationships and won very good opportunities for Vodafone. He also worked 5 years for Huawei GH (SA) Limited; as a key Account manager and Assistant Project manager for 3 and 2 years in the respective capacities.

Additionally, Jonathan has worked with Barclays bank and Comsys Ghana limited in various strategic sales roles.

He has until recently been the Snr Client Service Manager for Cloud Exchange Ghana (Dimension data), managing the company’s entire operations in Ghana.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon

Mrs Marian Andoh 

Marian is Palm Grove Project Architect, and Registered, Licensed and an Associate of the Ghana Institute of Architects.

She has over 10 years working experience in both the private and public sector cutting across residential, educational, commercial, leisure, mixed-use and recreational.

She worked with Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL)- Accra, providing consultancy services on behalf of the Government of Ghana and for the Government of Ghana for the public sector ranging from classroom blocks, dormitory blocks to CHRAJ buildings.

She worked at G Fosu Forson and Associates where she was involved with the design and construction of the Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Auditorium at Mampong-Akuapem.

She moved to the Directorate of Physical Development and Estate Management of the University of Cape Coast where she has been involved with almost all their flagship projects including the setting up of regional campuses across the country for the College of Distance Education (CoDE) and the design and construction of the first ever University Broadcasting Services Centre in the country to house ATL FM, ATL FM Online, TVUCC of University of Cape Coast. In recognition of her diligence and hard work, she was elevated to Head the Grounds and Gardens Section to oversea the beautification of the University Campus.

In her private capacity and spare time, she joined a private consultancy as a Consulting Architect where she has been involved in the design and construction of the Sports Ministry’s flagship project of Youth Resource Centres/Stadia across the traditional 10 regions of Ghana and the Ministry of Defence’s flagship Sports Centre at 6 Garrison in Tamale.

She is experienced, adaptable, a team leader and a team player
